The light-weight, 100% nylon outer shell with ultra-warm duck down core is perfect for hikers, climbers or anyone who spends long periods in the cold. The 500-fill 85/10 duck down core allows for free movement during even the most rigorous outdoor activity. Powered by a rechargeable 12volt lithium-ion battery, the Ridge’s large heat zones front and back keep you warm for hours. The chest heat zones run all the way down to the zippered hand pockets for added warmth. The Ridge can wirelessly change heat on the fly. The Ridge Heated Jacket features our exclusive Bluetooth® enabled integrated touch control button. Use the MW Connect™ app to adjust temperature or check battery levels to keep you warm and comfortable all day. Battery Care

BATTERY CARE Maintenance Instructions for a Long Battery Life
Charging Battery(s) • Plug Mobile Warming charger into AC wall socket and connect battery(s) to AC charger connectors. • When indicator light(s) are “Red” battery(s) are charging. • When indicator light(s) turn “Green” battery(s) are fully charged and ready for use or storage. • Always charge batteries indoors. • Always use Mobile Warming Chargers to charge batteries. Failure to do so could result in bodily injury, fire, or damaged batteries.
Battery Storage • Disconnect battery from garment. • Power off battery(s) if applicable. • Fully charge battery(s) following steps above. • Keep battery(s) in cool dry place out of direct sunlight • Charge every 3 months to maintain battery life.
Battery Use • Fully charge Lithium-Ion batteries before use.. • Avoid running Lithium-Ion batteries completely dead this will result in performance problems and reduced battery life. • Lithium-Ion batteries by nature have diminished capacity output in extremely cold temperatures. We recommend to keep batteries inside the garment to maximize battery performance. • Charge every 3 months to maintain battery life.
WARNING! Do not use battery if you notice a change of shape (lumps), over-heating when charging or if rust or corrosion on the battery connectors is found.

Far-Infrared Heat System

Far-Infrared, aka F.I.R is a powerful efficient way to heat the body because F.I.R. heats objects, not air. Mobile Warming® heating systems are comprised of lightweight and efficient ultra-fine metal fibers strategically placed for maximum transfer. As F.I.R heat builds proprietary materials reflect and direct heat back towards the body.

Bluetooth® Control

Most Mobile Warming® 2018/2019 heated garments now include an integrated Bluetooth® 4.0 touch control button. Bluetooth® integration allows users to update garment firmware, customize heat levels/preferences and check battery levels wirelessly from any Smartphone or tablet using exclusive mobile app MW Connect™.

MW Connect™ Mobile App

MW Connect™ allows you to control Bluetooth® enabled Mobile Warming® garments with your mobile device. MW Connect™ App easily pairs and syncs with your Mobile Warming garments. Through the MW Connect™ app you easily toggle through all connected Mobile Warming® devices and adjust individual heat levels to your liking. MW Connect™ allows you to get real time updates on battery levels, register your product, and update your garments when new firmware becomes available.

We only use the highest quality Lithium-Ion batteries to ensure long-lasting power and battery life. Mobile Warming® batteries are designed specifically for each garment to power your Mobile Warming® product for hours.

Wind-Shark™

Wind-Shark™ protects from the negative effects that wind can have on your body by blocking it from entering the core of your garment to retain body heat or warmth from our heating system. Wind-Shark™ includes a durable outer water-repellent fabric treatment along with sewn seems that are sealed with thermoplastic tape for additional wind and waterproofing. Wind-Shark™ is a complete wind protection technology made of a combination of a breathable wind-proof membrane and a water-repellent coating.

Rainguard®

Rainguard® is a polyurethane coating which allows perspiration to escape, while preventing water from penetrating the garment. This advanced technology has been engineered and tested to be; lightweight, 100% waterproof, breathable, and resistant to cold with a soft next-to-skin feel.

Anti-Static

Mobile Warming® garments that feature Anti-static technology incorporates conductive fibers that dissipate or drain static charges, reducing static cling or possible static electricity sparks. Anti-Static is used throughout Mobile Warming® Dual Power Apparel where the garment may be worn in proximity to gasoline to reduce the potential for dangerous sparks.

Anti-Microbial

Bacteria and microbes can infiltrate clothing causing odor, color fading, and a short garment lifespan. Mobile Warming® Anti-Microbial technology improves freshness, supports hygiene, and offers excellent odor control. Used throughout Mobile Warming® baselayers and socks; Anti-Microbial coating is a non-sensitizing formula that will not irritate skin ensuring you hours of odor free comfort.

Phoslite®

Phoslite® is an industry exclusive reflective technology that is used for enhanced visibility at night or during low visibility conditions. Phoslite® is composed of millions of tiny “reflective” lenses bonded to a fabric backing. These lenses will reflect light straight back to the source, providing reflective warnings for improved safety.
