The Mobile Warming 7.4volt Hi-Viz Heated Jacket is a real work jacket that meets ANSI standards. Hi-Viz is suited for the worker or anyone who works outside or in cold work environments that require a high visual jacket. Powered by a rechargeable 7.4volt lithium-ion battery, the Hi-Viz heat zones keep you warm for hours. When it comes to adjusting heat levels, the Hi-Viz is the industry’s only jacket that can wirelessly change heat on the fly. The Hi-Viz provides hard-working heat for serious cold.

The Mobile Warming 7.4volt Hi-Viz Heated Jacket is a real work jacket with heavy-duty construction that meets Hi-Visual ANSI regulations for those work environments that require it. Designed for the worker who requires Hi-Visual clothing and who works outside for extended periods in the cold. The Hi-Viz is constructed of heavy-duty 100% Oxford Polyester Outer Shell that complies to ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 regulations. The Hi-Viz has heavy-duty zippers and loads of pockets for storage including one for your ID. The jacket is built to keep you cozy in the cold with our Far-Infrared heating system. The high-viz heating system is powered by our all-new 7.4volt lithium-ion battery. It can provide heating temperatures ranging from 50°C n high to 32Con low. On high, expect up to 2.5 hours of heat. On low, the Hi-Viz can heat up to 9 hours! The Hi-Viz has two ways to adjust the temperature. First, the built-in touch control button is a simple button push that allows you to choose from four heat settings with LED indicator. The Hi-Viz comes as a complete package with a battery and charger. If you work outside or in cold environments, the Hi-Viz provides hard-working heat for serious cold.

BATTERY CARE & MAINTENANCE

Charging

  • We recommend charging your battery overnight before the first use.
  • Charge the battery 100% before each use when possible (a full charge takes about 3-4 hours).
  • A Red light will appear on wall charger when the battery is charging. The light will turn Green when the battery is fully charged.
  • Maintain at least 25% power when battery is not in use.

Powering Battery/Garment:

  • Turn the battery on by pressing and holding the power button for 3 to 5 seconds.
  • Power the garment on by pressing and holding the Touch Button on the garment for 3 to 5 seconds as well.
  • To adjust the temperature, press the Touch Button on the garment itself until the LED light reflects desired setting (Red=100%, Orange=75%, Green=50%, Blue=25%).
  • To power off, push and hold the power button on the battery until lights on both the battery and garment turn off.
  • If your garment does not have our new Touch Button Technology, all of the power and temperature functions are controlled on the battery itself.

Maintenance and Prolonged (“off-season”) Storage:

    • Fully charge your battery before storing it during the off-season, failure to do so may reduce the life of your battery.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

These items are high tech and as such require care when cleaning

To clean or wash the product:

Clean affected area by using a damp cloth or sponge but if it requires more;

Remove the batteries from the garment.

Machine wash separately on the gentle or hand wash cycle

Do not wring or crush, use only mild detergents and do not use bleach

For best results line dry

Do not tumble dry

Failure to remove the batteries before washing will cause damage to the batteries and garment, this will also void the warranty.
