Description:

The Mobile Warming Bluetooth® enabled 12volt Womens Summit Duck Down Heated Vest is designed for the active lifestyle. It has classic down vest look, performance features and is constructed of a light-weight 100% Nylon Outer Shell with ultra-warm Duck Down core. Designed for hikers, climbers, or anyone who spends long periods in cold weather, the Summit Vest has 500-fill 85/10 duck down core that allows for free movement during even the most rigorous outdoor activity. The Summit features plenty of pockets for storage and includes a stow bag to keep your vest packed away and ready for when you need it. The Summit Vest is heated with our Far-Infrared heating system to keep you warm in those cold conditions. It is powered by our all new 12volt lithium-ion battery, includes a USB port to charge your mobile devices and a powerful built-in LED flashlight. Like all our 12volt systems the Summit has large heating elements, two on the back and two on the chest. The chest heat zones run all the way down to the zippered hand pockets for added warmth. The Far-Infrared Heating System can provide heating temperatures ranging from 57°Deg on high to 32 Deg on low. On high, expect up to just under three hours of heat, and on low, the Summit can heat up to 10 hours! The Vest has two ways to adjust the temperature. First, the built-in touch control button. With a simple button push, you can select from four heat settings. Second, we’ve incorporated Bluetooth® control with our MW Connect™ app. Through the MW Connect™ app, you can quickly toggle through all connected Mobile Warming® devices and adjust individual heat levels to your liking. MW Connect™ allows you to get real-time updates on battery levels and update your garments when new firmware becomes available. The Summit comes as a complete package with a battery, charger, and stow bag. The Summit Heated Vest provides instant heat when the weather turns cold, keeping you outdoors and enjoying your favorite activity.

Battery Care

Charging

We recommend charging your battery overnight before the first use.
Charge the battery 100% before each use when possible (a full charge takes about 3-4 hours).
A Red light will appear on wall charger when the battery is charging. The light will turn Green when the battery is fully charged.
Maintain at least 25% power when battery is not in use.

Powering Battery/Garment:

Turn the battery on by pressing and holding the power button for 3 to 5 seconds.
Power the garment on by pressing and holding the Touch Button on the garment for 3 to 5 seconds as well.
To adjust the temperature, press the Touch Button on the garment itself until the LED light reflects desired setting (Red=100%, Orange=75%, Green=50%, Blue=25%).
To power off, push and hold the power button on the battery until lights on both the battery and garment turn off.
If your garment does not have our new Touch Button Technology, all of the power and temperature functions are controlled on the battery itself.

Maintenance and Prolonged (“off-season”) Storage:

- Fully charge your battery before storing it during the off-season, failure to do so may damage your battery.

Unplug the battery from the garment during storage, as the garment will slowly draw power from the battery when plugged in, even when it is not powered on.

We recommend fully recharging the battery every three months when not in use.
Lithium Ion cells used in heated apparel need to be stored at a minimum of a 25% charge to prevent damage to cells – we recommend 100% as they will slowly deplete over time.

Washing Instructions

Sponge or spot wipe the affected area with warm water

Machine Wash on the gentle or hand wash cycle, Cold Only – Drip or line Dry:

Do Not Bleach. Do Not Iron, Do Not Dry Clean,

Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Wring.

Far-Infrared Heat System

Far-Infrared, aka F.I.R is a powerful efficient way to heat the body because F.I.R. heats objects, not air. Mobile Warming® heating systems are comprised of lightweight and efficient ultra-fine metal fibers strategically placed for maximum transfer. As F.I.R heat builds proprietary materials reflect and direct heat back towards the body.

Bluetooth® Control

Most Mobile Warming® 2018/2019 heated garments now include an integrated Bluetooth® 4.0 touch control button. Bluetooth® integration allows users to update garment firmware, customize heat levels/preferences and check battery levels wirelessly from any Smartphone or tablet using exclusive mobile app MW Connect™.

MW Connect™ Mobile App

MW Connect™ allows you to control Bluetooth® enabled Mobile Warming® garments with your mobile device. MW Connect™ App easily pairs and syncs with your Mobile Warming garments. Wind-Shark™

Wind-Shark™ protects from the negative effects that wind can have on your body by blocking it from entering the core of your garment to retain body heat or warmth from our heating system. Wind-Shark™ includes a durable outer water-repellent fabric treatment along with sewn seems that are sealed with thermoplastic tape for additional wind and waterproofing. Wind-Shark™ is a complete wind protection technology made of a combination of a breathable wind-proof membrane and a water-repellent coating.

Rainguard®

Rainguard® is a polyurethane coating which allows perspiration to escape, while preventing water from penetrating the garment. This advanced technology has been engineered and tested to be; lightweight, 100% waterproof, breathable, and resistant to cold with a soft next-to-skin feel.

Anti-Static

Mobile Warming® garments that feature Anti-static technology incorporates conductive fibers that dissipate or drain static charges, reducing static cling or possible static electricity sparks. Anti-Static is used throughout Mobile Warming® Dual Power Apparel where the garment may be worn in proximity to gasoline to reduce the potential for dangerous sparks.

Anti-Microbial

Bacteria and microbes can infiltrate clothing causing odor, color fading, and a short garment lifespan. Mobile Warming® Anti-Microbial technology improves freshness, supports hygiene, and offers excellent odor control. Used throughout Mobile Warming® baselayers and socks; Anti-Microbial coating is a non-sensitizing formula that will not irritate skin ensuring you hours of odor free comfort.

Phoslite®

Phoslite® is an industry exclusive reflective technology that is used for enhanced visibility at night or during low visibility conditions. Phoslite® is composed of millions of tiny “reflective” lenses bonded to a fabric backing. These lenses will reflect light straight back to the source, providing reflective warnings for improved safety.
